It is best to do this Program at the Seasonal Changes of Spring and Fall.
This Seven Day Cleansing Program consists of raw juices, whole fruits, whole vegetables, raw salads, steamed vegetables, special vegetable soups and broths to remineralize the system, whole food supplements, vegetable enzymes, probiotics(acidophilus), liquid sea plankton and vegetable minerals, Ayurvedic and Chinese Herbal Tonics and Cleansers. These foods, herbs and supplements alkalize and purify your body and blood from the inside out. Glands, organs, cells and tissues are cleansed of toxins, helping to regenerate, rejuvenate and heal your entire body and immune system. Here is your “Secret youth Formula” Personal Detox Program:

PROTOCOL ONE–CLEANSING DRINK: In Blender: Juice of 1 grapefruit, juice of 1 lemon, 1 tsp fresh grated ginger root, 1 tbls. raw whole flax seeds, 1 or 2 inch thick slices of fresh pineapple, 1 tbls. Green powder of your choice (chlorella, spirulina, barley green, wheat grass powder, or alfalfa powder). Add 2 tbls. raw pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight in water.

PROTOCOL TWO–FRESH SQUEEZED VEGETABLE JUICE: Carrot, celery, beet, parsley, red pepper, watercress, spinach, cabbage. Use about 4 oz. Carrot juice, and 4 to 6 oz. of the other vegetables. Sip slowly. Plus, 1 oz. fresh squeezed wheat grass juice daily.

PROTOCOL THREE–WHOLE FRUIT JUICE COLON CLEANSING SMOOTHIE: In blender place 2 to 4 fruits of your choice: 2 slices fresh pineapple, ½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries, ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries, 1 whole fresh peach sliced, ½ section papaya, 1 kiwi, 1 lemon or 1 lime, 1 or 2 oz. pomegranate juice.

PROTOCOL FOUR–VEGETABLE MINERAL POTASSIUM SOUP/BROTH: In a pot of purified water, cut up 2 carrots, 2 celery sticks, 1 onion, handful fresh chopped parsley, and fresh chopped cilantro, 1 beet, 2 potato peelings(organic potassium), 1 tbls. Vegetable Broth Mix, pinch of Celtic Sea Salt, 1 tsp kelp powder or 1 cup of dried Arame seaweed. Cook on simmer until vegetables are soft. Enough for 1 or 2 meals.

DETOXIFICATION AND CLEANSING SUPPLEMENT PROTOCOL:

DAY ONE: 1 tbls. green chlorophyll liquid, Alfalfa tablets(5 daily), niacin 50 mg 1 tablet non-flush, 1 Vitamin C tablet(Ascorbates with Bioflavanoid Complex 1,000 mg), 1 Calcium-Magnesium 500mg tablet, Vegetable Enzymes(3 capsules daily, or ½ tsp powder) with meals, Multi-vitamin/mineral tablet by New Chapter or Mega Foods(1 daily), Probiotic acidopholis capsules(2 daily by Renew Life or Rainbow Light—20-50 billion active cultures per capsule). Bromelain Pineapple Enzyme tab or capsules(2 daily). 8 Yucca extract drops 1 x a day, 2 Grapeseed extract caps 1 x a day between meals, 2 Co-Enzyme Q-10 caps 1 x a day, 3 Colon Cleansing caps 1 x a day, 2 Eyebright caps 1 x a day, 3 Liver Cleansing caps by Renew Life 1 x a day, 2 Curcumin (turmeric) 1 x a day.

DAILY DETOX PROGRAM PROTOCOL: Take PROTOCOL ONE–CLEANSING DRINK WITH SUPPLEMENTS first thing in morning. Just take all the Supplements once in the morning of the first day. An hour or two later or when hungry, take PROTOCOL TWO–FRESH SQUEEZED VEGETABLE JUICE (NO SUPPLEMENTS). . Two or three hours later, or when hungry, take PROTOCOL THREE–WHOLE FRUIT JUICE COLON CLEANSING SMOOTHIE (NO SUPPLEMENTS). For the Evening Detox Meal take PROTOCOL FOUR–VEGETABLE MINERAL POTASSIUM SOUP/BROTH (NO SUPPLEMENTS). On the Second Day, take half the Supplements with the Morning PROTOCOL ONE—CLEANSING DRINK, and the other half with the Evening PROTOCOL FOUR—VEGETABLE MINERAL POTASSIUM SOUP /BROTH. On the Third to Seventh Day take the Supplements in three parts—with PROTOCOL ONE, PROTOCOL TWO AND PROTOCOL FOUR. Always check your tongue first thing in the morning. If it is coated white, yellow, brown or black, you definitely need to stay on this Detox Program until it clears, and your hunger comes back to normal. Good Health & Digestion: Tongue is pink, mouth waters, no bloating.

If 7 days is too long, try this Program during a 3 or 4 day weekend. You will still get good benefit. After completing this “Fountain of Youth Cleansing Protocol”, cook a pot of vegetable soup with your favorite vegetables. Eat this at least twice a day, with some brown rice or sprouted bread. Reduce dietary fat, sugar, meat and dairy down to only 10% or less of diet after the Cleansing Protocol, to enjoy longer lasting health and well-being. Continue taking the New Chapter or Mega Food Supplements and Enzymes daily, and you will see increased energy and improved. Do some exercise and walking daily. Walk at least 1 to 2 miles every day outdoors. Also, stretching and yoga and Chi Kung exercises will help you attain higher level health and strength.

Important Note: After the Detox Protocol, maintain good eating, exercising and health habits to prevent disease and maintain your good energy. Eat a diet consisting of 60-70% whole complex carbohydrates (whole grains—brown rice, oatmeal, buckwheat, millet, quinoa, amaranth, rye; sprouted or sourdough breads; eat a variety of steamed, baked, sautéed vegetables–more raw salads in summertime with the cooked vegetables. To maintain yin and yang balance with the seasons, eat more cooked warming foods in cold winter months, and increase more raw foods in hot summer months. Eat more raw fruit (high potassium to keep you cool) in hot weather, and some cooked apples or berries in cold weather. For high level health, eat no more than 10% animal protein from chicken, fish, turkey, dairy etc, or if Vegan, eat the low fat sources of protein from beans, peas, seeds Brown Rice Protein Powder, Hemp Protein Powder, Vegetarian Protein Powder by Naturade, made with Pea Protein. Keep fats low, down to 10% of overall diet—even vegetable oils like sesame oil, sunflower oil, olive oil, coconut oil. Avoid soy, canola, corn, safflower oils—they go rancid very fast. If you eat dairy, use goat cheese, goat butter, goat milk and goat yogurt—easier on human digestion. Avoid fried foods—rather sautee in a little water with lid on pot, bake or broil foods. Keep cow cheese, milk, yogurt out of your diet, or down to minimum, including high fat nut butters like peanut butter(contains alflatoxin/mold)—these are all extremely high in fat, and weaken digestion; they impair the colon, liver, lungs, kidneys and lower immune system function. All nut butters and unsoaked nuts and seeds are difficult on digestion—best to soak seeds or nuts overnight in water, and either blend them into a seed or nut milk or sprinkle them over fruit and vegetable salads. Soaking seeds and nuts breaks down the fats and increases the bioavailability through the sprouting process, allowing the body to easily digest their protein, and avoiding liver and digestive problems.
