Junk Food and Disease is Rampant in the USA

The main problem with half the population with some kind of disease, is that they are eating pure junk food, fast food, junk oils, white flour, cakes, candies, white bread, white noodles, junk ice cream, junk steroidal restaurant foods, flouride tap water from their own house tap or in restaurant food, gmo foods (look for non gmo foods–look for PLU# on many fruits and vegetables that start with the number 9 _ _ _ _organic, or 4 _ _ _regular conventional, or gmo labeled as 3_ _ _ for the first number on a sticker on the item. Organic PLU numbers start with 9 and have five numbers on the sticker. Regular conventional foods have 4 as the first number, and _ _ _ three numbers after the 4. Never buy the 3 _ _ _, unless you want to rip your gut to shreads and destroy the enzymes in your body.

If you eat whole grains, they must be soaked over night, and rinsed off the next day, and add fresh pure purified water to cook them. Soaking all grains, beans,, peas, lentils, seeds and nuts overnight, takes out most of the phytates and acids, & lectins out of these foods, and makes them easier to digest and assimilate, thus improving your health. You won’t have problems with lectins in these foods if you soak them overnight, before cooking them. Most health problems are not with whole soaked grains, seeds, nuts and beans, but with not soaking them overnight, that causes the problems with lectins and acid phytates. If you like rice, get the Himalyan Basmati rice from the foothills of the Himalyan mountains in India–there is no chemicals or pesticides in this rice. Just soak this rice overnight, rinse it off the next day, add new fresh filtered water to the rice when you are ready to cook it. I use one cup rice, to 2 1/2 cups water, add 1/4 t salt and a 1 tsp of coconut oil to rice cooker, and its done in 20 or 30 minutes. Eat rice with steamed veggies and a salad and a little protein, and you have a complete nutritional meal. Your best fruits that are very low in sugar are: strawberries, blueberries, papayas, blackberries, grapefruit, lemons, limes and respberries. You can eat them raw in hot weather, or simmer and stew them 10 minutes, as a fruit compote, and eat it with some organic yogurt–I get the Goat Yogurt or Goat Kefir from Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods Market. Goat milk products are much easier to digest, assimilate and absorb, and do not cause digestive issues, like regular cow’s milk.  Or get Organic Coconut Yogurt also, for a change.
